- Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil into a measuring cup.
- Swish for 2 to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do not swallow.
- Spit the oil in a trash bin to avoid clogging pipes.
- Brush immediately after oil pulling with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush and finish your oral care routine.
- Use daily preferably on an empty stomach to experience all the benefits.
Dual Barrel Oxyburst Whitening Mouthwash
- Measure 15 mL from each chamber into a measuring cup.
- Swish and gargle for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Spit out the mouthwash and continue your oral care routine.
- Use twice daily for best results.

- Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
