Terms of purchase

These terms apply to your purchase of products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them simple and direct, because purchase terms should not feel like a puzzle.

Order acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm your order on the website and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to: product out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or shipping restrictions.

If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We do not cancel orders without explanation.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (such as mislabeled prices), but in such cases, we will contact you before processing the order.

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is charged when the order is processed. We do not store your full payment information — it is securely handled by our payment processor.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option to wait for restock, choose an alternative, or cancel the order. We do not silently cancel products after you order — we communicate with you.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase. We cover all duties and customs fees. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and estimated delivery is 6 to 12 business days.

We do not offer expedited, express, or overnight shipping. We believe in the reliability of standard shipping and want to keep prices reasonable. If you need faster delivery, we recommend ordering in advance.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will help you track your package and communicate with the shipping partner if issues arise.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 60 days. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
